• You are responsible for all clicks, conversions, and associated costs from your campaigns
• You agree to maintain sufficient funds in your account to pay for ad placements
• We reserve the right to reject, pause, or terminate any campaign that violates these terms

4. Publisher Obligations

If you are a publisher using our Service:

• You warrant that all sites and zones meet our quality standards
• You shall not click your own ads or create false impressions
• You shall not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate fraudulent traffic
• You are responsible for maintaining advertiser-friendly content on your sites
• We will investigate suspicious activity and may suspend or terminate your account if fraud is detected

5. Fraud & Abuse

Webpages.dk employs automated systems to detect and prevent fraud. We reserve the right to:

• Investigate any suspicious activity
• Immediately block IPs or accounts suspected of fraud
• Suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraudulent activity
• Deduct costs for fraudulent clicks or impressions from advertiser accounts
• Decline to pay publishers for fraudulent earnings

6. Payment Terms

Advertiser accounts operate on a prepaid model. You must maintain a positive balance to run campaigns. Publisher payouts are processed according to the payout schedule configured in your account and subject to:

• Minimum payout threshold requirements
• Successful identity verification (KYC)
• Valid payment account information
• No outstanding chargebacks or disputes

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Webpages.dk or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Service, even if we or one of our authorized representatives has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Webpages.dk could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Webpages.dk does not warrant that any of the materials on its Service are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on the Service at any time without notice.
